The subscription exists so that you do not have to build an accounting department in Cyprus. We act as an extension of your company: the accounting, the payroll, the VAT, the deadlines and the questions in between, handled by one office for one fee, billed monthly, quarterly or yearly.

In practice that means people in Limassol who know your company, who keep track of what it owes and when, and who answer when you call. The intention is that you stop having to think about Cyprus compliance at all.

The books and the filings

• Bookkeeping and maintenance of the accounting records
• Payroll processing for up to two employees or directors
• Social Insurance and GESY registrations and submissions
• VAT support, VAT reviews and preparation and submission of VAT returns, where applicable
• Corporation tax support and annual tax estimations
• Preparation and submission of VIES returns, where applicable

Watching the deadlines

• Ongoing monitoring of statutory, tax and compliance obligations
• Frequent review of what the company owes and when, including matters outside the pure accounting scope
• Guidance on maintaining Cyprus tax residency and non-dom compliance requirements

Payments and third parties

• Support with payments for tax, GESY, Social Insurance and other government obligations
• Coordination with auditors, lawyers, banks and government authorities when required

The day to day

• Assistance with general Cyprus tax and compliance matters
• General support with company maintenance and practical administration
• Assistance reviewing and drafting standard agreements and contracts
• Support and day-to-day advisory by email, WhatsApp and telephone for operational matters
• Ongoing support on immigration and residency matters connected with the structure

The last group is the one clients tell us matters most. Questions that do not fit a service heading still get answered, and you are not billed for asking.
